Mr. Nolen is a Vice President of Institutional Equity Trading at Janney Montgomery & Scott. In addition to his focus on Mid-West accounts, he is also responsible for Janney’s Corporate Buyback program. Jim has been an ITAP member since 1994.

Melissa Donahue is an agency trader in equities who joined Boenning & Scattergood in 2000. She previously traded options for two years with First Union Securities. Melissa has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Scranton.

Mike Anastasi is a Managing Director at Knight Capital Americas in the BD Sales and Relationship Management Group where he has been for the past 6 years. Previously Mike was at Fiserv in Philadelphia where he oversaw the Equity and Option Agency Trading desks. Mike received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and his MBA from Villanova University.

Mike is a Senior Trader for Vanguard on their Retail block trading desk. Mike has been at Vanguard for 10 years while holding positions on Order Management, Trade Support and Equity and Option trading desks. Mike received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lafayette College.

Gordon Gary, Head Trader, has ten years of investment industry experience. Gordon is also a Partner of Philadelphia International Partners, the entity that, along with The Glenmede Trust Company, owns Philadelphia International Advisors, LP. Gordon oversees PIA’s 24-hour global trading desk. He officially joined the trading team in January 2002.
